Account issues
If you're having trouble signing in, linking accounts, or managing your subscription, email support and include the email address associated with your Pane account.
Connecting AI tools
Having trouble connecting Claude, ChatGPT, or another MCP client? Make sure you've generated an API key from your dashboard and that your MCP client is configured with the correct endpoint URL and key.
Bank connection problems
If a linked account shows stale data or won't sync, try relinking the institution from your dashboard. Some banks require periodic re-authentication through Plaid. If the problem persists, contact support.
Billing
You can manage your subscription and view billing history from your dashboard. For billing disputes or refund requests, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.
